However, we suggest you make the reservation first so that we can give you the final written confirmation, as we are not able to give the final confirmation until we receive the order, and usually the confirmation takes about 1-2 working days.

Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances. Hi Sam:

We are sorry but we are not able to conduct the tour for you if you book the flights among cities during the trip as it is very difficult to determine the meeting time and place with the group. We will utilize the standard travel coach during this tour. Please note that most of our tours are conducted by bus as it is necessary to have a vehicle to travel by.

Hotel extension prices are current for bookings placed now. Prices for hotel accommodations will only go up during the Yellowstone season. We suggest you book the hotel before they are sold out or before the prices rise.
